Online Request for Reservation to one of Saint Francis Healthcare meeting rooms
Meeting Rooms are not available for the following events:
- Individuals
- Political organizations or causes
- Family Reunions
- Beauty contest
- Other groups at the discretion of Saint Francis Healthcare
Reservation Request
Hospital will review weekly only requests that meet the following criteria:
- Are within the eligibility requirements; are submitted online; and are submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the requested date of event
- Note: Regular meetings are not appropriate for the Longinotti Auditorium at Saint Francis Hospital- Memphis
Reservation Rates
Saint Francis Hospital- Memphis -Saint Catherine Hall
- 2 hour block - $250
- 4 hour block - $400
- 10 hour block - $800
Saint Francis Hospital- Memphis- Longinotti Auditorium
- 2 hour block - $500
- 4 hour block - $900
- 10 hour block - $2,000
Saint Francis Hospital- Bartlett- Magnolia Room
- 2 hour block - $250
- 4 hour block - $ 400
- 10 hour block - $800
Payment
Following reservation approval, payment is due two weeks before the event date. Checks should be made payable to Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis or Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett to correspond with the room location.
