Memphis, Tennessee – Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis recently earned accreditation from The Accreditation Committee of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) based upon the results of a recent site visit to the hospital as part of CAP’s Accreditation Programs. Recognized for its rigorous and robust standards, CAP accreditation elevates quality and mitigates risk, an important way that laboratories can contribute to enhanced patient outcomes.

Saint Francis-Memphis is one of more than 8,000 CAP-accredited facilities worldwide.

Dr. Justin C. Adler, board-certified pathologist and medical director of the laboratory at Saint Francis-Memphis noted that this accreditation is a testament to staff’s collective commitment to excellence.
