Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis Names Lisa Wallace as Chief Nursing Officer
Jun 16, 2025MEMPHIS, TENN –Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis recently appointed Lisa Wallace as the hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer.
Wallace comes to Saint Francis-Memphis from National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where she served first as the Interim CNO and then as the CNO. Prior to that, she was the Associate CNO at Parkridge East Medical Center, part of a five-hospital system in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before going on to serve as the CNO at Redmond Regional Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. Earlier in her career, Wallace held various nurse leadership roles at Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida, where she was responsible for multiple departments, including the orthopedic, bariatric, neurosurgery, and women’s service lines.

Wallace earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing at the University of Central Florida and her Master’s degree in Nursing at the Research College of Nursing in Kansas City, Missouri. She also holds a Doctor of Nursing practice degree from the University of Central Florida. Wallace is credentialed as a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and is Nurse Executive-Board Certified (NE-BC). She is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Nurses Association, the National Patient Safety Organization/IHI and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, in which she has been a long-term member and held several state board positions.
