Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett Names Alicia Wright, MSN, RN, as New Nursing Director for Critical Care Services
Apr 2, 2025BARTLETT, TENN. – Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett recently appointed Alicia Wright, MSN, RN, as the new Nursing Director for Critical Care Services.
In this role, Wright, who earned her NPD-BC (Nursing Development Certification) and has more than 35 years of experience in leadership and clinical management, is responsible for overseeing the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Stepdown Unit.
Before being named to her new position, Wright worked as a staff nurse in Saint Francis Bartlett’s Emergency Department for three years. She came to the hospital from Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s Methodist University Hospital, where she served as the Clinical Director of Education. Before assuming her role at Methodist, she served as the Director of Patient Family-Centered Care Services at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Wright began her career as a staff nurse in the ICU at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital.

Wright earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Tennessee in Memphis and a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing, where she graduated with honors. A lifelong resident of Memphis, Wright and her husband have resided in Bartlett since 2009. They have three sons and enjoy biking and traveling in their leisure time.
