Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett Names Jacquelyn Whobrey as Chief Operating Officer
Mar 5, 2025Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett recently announced that Jacquelyn Whobrey will serve as the hospital’s Chief Operating Officer. Whobrey will also continue to serve as the hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer, a role she has held since 2020.
As CNO, her notable accomplishments include revamping emergency room department processes to heighten productivity and enhance patient experience, increasing the hospital’s student nurse pipeline, and maximizing the efficiency of the hospital’s operating room.

Stewart, DSL, CEO of Saint Francis-Bartlett. “With her proven track record of exemplary leadership, deep understanding of the organization and established relationships, she will support and accelerate the hospital’s vision of being the community’s provider of choice.”
Prior to coming to Saint Francis, Whobrey served as Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Executive at Community Health Network in Kokomo, Indiana. Previous roles include Director of Critical Care Services at Community Hospital South, a part of Community Health Network, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Director of Medical Surgical Services at Banner Health in Sun City, Arizona.
Whobrey is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in healthcare administration and leadership. She holds an advanced certification as a nurse executive, is a certified medical surgical registered nurse, and a member of a number of professional organizations, including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Nurses Association, Tennessee Organization of Nursing Leadership, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership.
In her spare time, she enjoys cruises with her family and coaching her son’s tee-ball and soccer teams.
