BARTLETT, TENN., Feb. 4, 2025–Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett recently appointed Yen Duong as the new Radiology Director.

            In this role, Duong is responsible for overseeing the hospital’s Diagnostic Imaging services, including X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT) Scanning, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and Mammography. Since joining the Saint Francis Bartlett team as a Radiology Supervisor in 2022, Duong has taken on increasing levels of leadership responsibility within the department, including being promoted to Interim Radiology Manager and then Radiology Manager in 2024.

            “Since coming to our hospital, Yen has demonstrated a relentless pursuit of excellence as well as a strong commitment to fostering collaboration within her department and across others, all with the goal of elevating the patient experience,” said Sherwin Stewart, CEO of Saint Francis Bartlett. “Yen has proven herself ready and capable to direct the Radiology Department, and I congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion.”

            Duong began her career as an X-ray intern at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. She went on to gain additional experience as a Radiologic Technologist at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital in Olive Branch, Mississippi, and at Methodist Lebonheur Germantown Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. Duong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Radiography from Baptist Health Sciences University in Memphis, where she graduated magna cum laude.

            Duong, who was born in Vietnam and raised in Memphis, is a member of Sacred Heart Church in Midtown, where she is an avid fundraiser and outreach ambassador. She organizes the Angel Tree program every year to help support Hispanic and Vietnamese children and families and raises funds for Catholic orphanages in Vietnam to provide children with access to education.
