MEMPHIS, TENN, – Saint Francis Medical Partners recently welcomed Physician Assistants Larkey Dotson and M. Trevor Houseal, who joined Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Associates. Dotson and Houseal will be assisting G. Philip Schoettle, M.D., and Harvey Andrew Poret, III, M.D.

Dotson earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from The University of Memphis, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He has experience working in neurosurgery, vascular surgery, and general surgery. He is certified as a Physician’s Assistant by The American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Houseal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from The University of Memphis and a Master of Science in Pharmacology from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He obtained a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University in Paris, Tenn.

Most recently, Houseal served as a Physician Assistant in cardiothoracic surgery at Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare.
