Quality Care at Saint Francis

A Message from the CEO

One of the keys to the success of any worthwhile endeavor we choose to undertake is our ability to measure our progress in achieving the objectives we have set for ourselves. Without this critical feedback, we cannot accurately judge whether our efforts are truly effective.

I'd like to tell you about the initiatives we have implemented to improve quality of care and patient safety at Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis. On this website, you’ll see information on some of the programs and processes we’ve put in place to help us achieve our quality goals, and highlights about some of the individuals who play a key role in these important efforts.

Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis achieved an aggregate score of 93.7% in the CMS core measures reported by the federal government, which is well above the national average of 92.2%. I am very proud of our performance and extremely appreciative of the dedicated staff and doctors whose hard work are behind this great score.
